Has been started to do business about “ Pressure Die casting “ at small industrial districht in 1985.
In 1995, becoming a joint stock company, in 1996, has moved to “ Eskişehir
Organized Industrial Zone “ , has been continuing business at a brand - new
factory.
We produce the parts which are made of “ Aluminium and Zinc Alloys “ by the method of “Pressure Die Casting “ , for the need of different sectors devoloping of Industry in the world. Those aluminium and zinc alloy parts are being manufactered at cold and hot chamber pressure die casting machines.According to the demands of our customers, the moulds of the
parts are firstly designed and then are produced at our “ Mould Production Deparment “ .
In accordance with a progression of industry in Turkey and in the world, our company keep on making new investments to the more develop itself , to produce the parts with a best quality.Our company makes necessary investments such as new machines and equipments for Mould Production Deparment , new pressure die casting machines for Casting Department , new machine tools for other machining department, because according to the demands of chancing-needs of our customer, intimes.
Ergünler Pres Döküm, posses The Quality Assurance System Certificate of ISO 9001:2000 and starting from the demands of our customer and nealy designed products, All operations and process which are :
1. Preparations of plans for newly designed products,
2. Production of the mould for newly designed products,
3. Realization of trial-production and approvance of the first sample ,
4. Orders,
5. Preperation of the Production plan and informing to the Production Department,
6. Realization of the Production,
7. Process of the Quality Control and the others including the packing and storeage are being carried out in accordance with the necessity of “ Quality Assurance System ISO 9001:2000 “ and this provides us “ continious-progress “ .
Ergünler Pres Döküm, stil continue with producing with an annual capasity of 600 ton/year for alüminium at indoor-field 1.650 square –meter, outdoor field 5.000 square meter in Organized – Industry –Zone of Eskişehir – Türkiye “ .
Ergünler Pres Döküm has a very small export – activity but aim to increase up to % 50 percent from its production – capasity in next three years.
